Michael Ferlisi has enjoyed over 20 successful years of commitment to the residential real estate industry. From multi-million dollar producer for a major real estate company, to broker-owner of his own firm, to Manager of Baldwin Real Estate Services in Arcadia, Michael has always been a consummate professional throughout his career.
A life-long resident of the San Gabriel Valley, Michael's post-secondary education includes business studies at the University of Southern California and countless certifications and seminars in residential real estate. After his stint at USC Michael spent a decade in the banking industry as an executive in Operations Management for a major national bank.
Michael is a visible and active Director as well as 2004 Regional Chairman of the California Association of Realtors. He has been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1979. His service at the local level includes 2002 President of the Arcadia Association of Realtors as well as chairing or serving on numerous Association related committees.
When recently asked about his thoughts on his varied career in residential real estate he responded: "I can think of no better career where an individual can be fulfilled personally and financially...a career where family and community are not excluded from the equation."
Michael's activities other than real estate include 2004 Chairman of the American Cancer Society Arcadia Relay-for-Life.
Michael lives in Monrovia with his wife Susan and has two daughters and four grandchildren.
